The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is simply built to perform. This new fastback coupe bridges the gap between the Mustang GT and Shelby® models and has a projected 480 horsepower and 420 lb.-ft of torque with its specially calibrated 5.0-liter V8 engine. The 2021 Mustang Mach 1 will come standard with a Tremec™ 3160 6-speed manual transmission, but drivers can also opt for an available 10-speed SelectShift™ automatic transmission with an upgraded torque converter and calibration system.
Hoping for an even smoother ride? The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 has you covered with the latest MagneRide calibration, a stiffer steering I-shaft, new EPAS calibration, stiffer sway bars, and new front springs.
What would a Mustang vehicle be without distinctive style to match its pulse-pounding performance? The newly designed front end fits the new Mustang's unique persona while also meeting the high aerodynamic demands of the engine, transmission, and braking system.
